The Accossato racing cable clutch control for motorcycles comes with a folding lever and integrated microswitch. The lever is made of aluminum, machined from solid and anodized in various colors. It has a standard length and is equipped with a lightening slot (RST). This new version has an adjustable distance between centers (24mm-29mm).
The racing cable clutch control is an exclusive Accossato patent. Unique in its category, in addition to the click-and-go cable adjustment, the clutch control is the only one to also feature adjustable reach from the grip to the handlebar. The lever is articulated, machined from solid aluminum, and anodized in various colors. The length is standard and features a lightening slot (RST). The cable adjuster is the same color as the lever. This new version allows, thanks to an eccentric pin, to vary the center distance between two values: 24 mm and 29 mm. To choose the center distance best suited to your needs, it’s a good idea to know the center distance currently used and decide whether to increase or decrease it. With a longer center distance, for the same lever movement, the cable will recover more: the clutch will disengage sooner, but the force required to operate the lever will be greater. With a shorter wheelbase, for the same lever movement, the cable will recover less: the clutch will disengage with a greater lever movement and the force required to operate the lever will be less. The micro switch is included. The mirror mount is not included and can be purchased separately with the codes MH005 or MH006.
