WHEN INSTALLING THE GKT8502 RACING MANIFOLD, THE MOTORCYCLE MUST BE REMAPPED.
Removing the catalytic converter will result in the motorcycle running very lean, increasing the exhaust temperature and the stress to which it is subjected.

Secure the cables to the valve simulator if the valve wires remain installed on the motorcycle.
If the wires and motor are removed from the motorcycle, we recommend purchasing part number GKT8503.

The racing manifold has been developed to maximize performance and minimize weight.
For this reason, we recommend checking the sound-absorbing material every 15,000–20,000 km or if you notice a color change in the pre-silencer box.

For those looking for a modular full system, Spark offers the full titanium TIG welded racing manifold:

– GKT8502, With a special valve simulator to connect the cables, to prevent error lights from switching on.
– GKT8503, without valve simulator (Motorcycle remapping or electronic valve simulator must be fitted before turning on the engine).

Both products are very light and provided with a silencing box that allows you to replace the bulky original exhaust and give a dark and deep voice to your bike, without being too loud.

Performance is improved along the entire curve. ECU remapping is needed when installing the manifold. Installation is possible both with Spark silencer and the original one.

After the success Spark achieved with the Ktm SuperDuke 1290 exhausts, the product range is expanded to the latest model, KTM Super Duke 1390R Evo. All the previous proposals approved according to the Euro5 Regulation have been updated and Spark R&D has decided to enrich the range with the brand new Dyno silencers.

The double under-seat exhaust makes the line of the bike look much sportier, in full compliance with the Euro5 Regulation.
Such proposal for an unmistakable style is available with:

– pair of Grid-o silencers 175 mm long (GKT0111TOM)
– pair of MotoGp silencers (GKT0117TOM), in titanium or dark version
– pair of Dyno silencers (GKT0120TOMA), with orange/black anodized aluminium or carbon end cap.

The new design is a concentrate of technology thanks to the latest generation machinery such as the 5-axis CNC used for the precision-milled endcap.
The end cap enriches the silencer with the orange anodization, giving the exhaust a unique touch of style.
The perforation of the endcap is a technical and aesthetic element allowing to save weight and reflect sunlight like a real jewel thanks to the different radii in the internal and external part of the endcap.

A carbon fiber end cap version (GKT0120TOMC) is also available for the Dyno mufflers.

For those who want to embellish the motorbike with the lateral mounting slip-on, like the original:

– Konix EVO silencer (GKT0113TOM), with carbon end cap, with a super aggressive line and titanium or dark style sleeve, with a captivating sound in compliance with the Euro5 regulation
– Grid-o silencer with a titanium grid (GKT0114T), Full titanium grid, absolutely racing, for a terrific sound (such proposal is not street legal).
